Completion requirements
By the end of this course, learners will:
- Understand that there are government regulations the employers and employees must conform to assure a safe workplace
- Recognize signs, placards, and postings that identify risk hazards
- Know the personal safety equipment you must wear before walking out to the manufacturing plant
- Identify different types of hearing and eye protection
- Know the type of clothing and shoes that can and cannot be worn on the manufacturing shop floor

stations and first aid stations are available and clearly identified
